Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. 5gggg is not liable for bets placed based on information obtained from sources faster than the official match broadcast (e.g., on-field information transmitted ahead of the stream). The platform may suspend live markets at any point during an event.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or interruption of sporting events, settlement rules follow international market standards: matches abandoned before a specified amount of playing time has been completed may have bets cancelled and stakes returned. 5gggg may set minimum and maximum bet limits per market, per event, and per user. Bets exceeding established limits will be automatically rejected by the platform. The maximum bet limit varies by category and can be checked in your account settings.

Abusive use of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating bets to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, or any other form of fraudulent exploitation of offers — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and bonus balances on the account, and may lead to permanent account closure.

5gggg accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to users in Brazil:
The minimum deposit at 5gggg is R$ 20.00. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. 5gggg does not charge deposit fees, though the user's financial institution or payment service may apply their own charges.
As a general rule, 5gggg processes withdrawals to the same method used for the deposit. Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of the request. Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 72 hours depending on the method and any verification requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require additional identity verification, including document submission, to comply with anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — only real account balance obtained through winning bets or direct deposits is eligible for withdrawal.
